A Real Food meal plan containing 1000 calories per day with no sugar, low sodium and loads of healthy plant-based foods. We provide you with breakfast, and either a 2-course lunch or dinner (4 meals in total), and one protein-based snack.
In addition to your meals and snacks, you can select an additional snack from our ‘Allowed Extras List’ with nutritious, low carb side vegetables, salads and snacks that you can make yourself and enjoy alongside your Be Fit Food program.

How long can I be on the Be Lean program:

Use for 4-12 weeks at a time and inter-change with Be Rapid every season for 1-2 weeks.

To boost overall health and wellness, with a convenient meal program that combines the science of low-carb living with the Mediterranean diet.
Be Lean 1200 allows you to have a glass of wine, a piece of dark chocolate and a handful of nuts some days as desired.

What should you expect: 

A Real Food meal plan containing 1200 calories per day with no sugar, low sodium and loads of healthy plant-based foods. 
We provide breakfast, a 2-course lunch and a 2-course dinner, and one protein based snack. In addition to this, we provide you with an ‘Allowed Extras List’ with nutritious, low carb side vegetables, salads and snacks that you can make yourself.

The science of Be Lean

Be Lean is a scientifically formulated program designed to improve nutrition and metabolism whilst achieving slower weight loss. Between 1000-1500 kcal per day, the Be Lean program is ideal for active individuals or for those who wish to enjoy an extra snack, a side salad, a piece of chocolate or a glass of red wine!

We have two Be Lean Program options and either can be done over a 5 or 7 day period. On Be Lean, you can add an additional snack and side salad, and bulk out your main meals with vegetables from our 'Allowed Extras' list.

Be5:2:

The 5:2 diet is where you eat largely the way you want to (or as best as you can) for 5 days per week and “fast” for 2 days. In this diet “fast” means around 500 calories per “fasting” day for women and 600 calories per “fasting” day for men. (This is based on scientific research from around the world by a wide range of highly acclaimed scientists.) This is just one of a range of “Intermittent Fasting” diets.

Why Be Lean?

Our Be Lean program is all about slower and more gradual weight loss and weight management. With this program you can have can have a glass of wine or a piece of chocolate every day in addition to the meals if you’re on a maintenance plan.

How do you use Be Lean?

You can use Be Lean for 4-12 weeks at a time. Our Be Lean program is offered in 5 or 7 day programs, and includes one small meal and one regular meal per day plus the option for breakfast and up to 2 snacks per day. You are welcome to add your own additional snacks and allowed extras foods if desired.
