Seasonal across the Spring and Summer months, cherries are not only delicious but provide a number of nutritional benefits (and we’ll take all the help we can get in the Silly Season!)
A review of studies has found that the consumption of cherries can promote health by preventing or decreasing oxidative stress (a clever word meaning an imbalance between free radicals and antioxidants in your body)and therefore decrease inflammation.
